UFC President Says Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg Are ‘Dead Serious’ About Cage Fight Match

Elon Musk and Meta’s very own Mark Zuckerberg are very serious about a cage fight and have now spoken to UFC about the opportunity.

“Probably spent an hour and a half on the phone with both of them last night,” UFC president Dana White told TMZ. “Both guys are absolutely dead serious about this.”

These reports started on Tuesday when Musk claimed he was “up for a cage match” against Zuckerberg. The Meta founder has been practicing jiu jitsu in his spare time outside of work.

Zuckerberg even took to his own platform asking Musk to “send me location” for the fight.

Many believe that this would be an interesting battle between the billionares with some claiming it may be an unfair match.

Zuckerberg told TMZ that Musk “was serious” when claims up the match circulated on social media. The Meta owner even stated “people might not think this of me, but I’ve been in plenty of fights growing up in South Africa.”

Many theories have come to light of how a match would play out, and how much the event would draw in.

UFC president stated to TMZ, “This would be the biggest fight ever, in the history of the world,” he told TMZ. “It would break all pay-per-view records.”

White went on to mention that the fight would cost roughy $100 to watch on pay-per-view and that it would raise “hundreds of dollars” for charity.

Musk has faced scrutiny lately for his view on blocking the word ‘cisgender’ from Twitter. Users online were vocal when the Tesla mogul gave his stance on the usage of the phrase being banned from the platform.

Musk and Zuckerberg have not made any other comments on the UFC fight.
