Travis Barker Returns Home From Blink-182 Tour Due To ‘Urgent Family Matter’

Travis Barker is putting his family first and ending his tour early with Blink-182, potentially to be with Kourtney Kardashian.

The drummer has been on tour with the band in Europe with Blink-182 but recently flew home to be with loved ones. The band made the announcement on September 1st.

“Due to an urgent family matter, Travis has had to return home to the States,” the group wrote in a social media statement. “The Glasgow, Belfast, and Dublin shows are being postponed. More information in regards to his return to Europe and rescheduled dates will be provided as soon as available.”

Travis and Kourtney Kardashian, who are expecting a baby boy, have yet to comment on the situation. Yet, the drummer did post several photos to his Instagram Story early September 1st from what seemed to be a prayer room.

Before the 47-year-old’s temporary departure from tour, the band was set to take the stage in places like United Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium, and German next week.

Travis returned with his bandmates Mark Hoppus and TomDeLonge for a Blink-182 world tour earlier in the year and it has been a memorable one for the group.

Blink-182 filled in at Coachella when Frank Ocean even dropped out of the lineup.

Last month, Kourtney shared a sweet message to her and Travis’ baby boy.

“Growing you inside of me, my son,” she wrote on Instagram Aug. 8, “is the greatest blessing, honor and joy.”

Kourtney currently shares children Mason Disick, Penelope Disick, Reign Disick with ex Scott Disick.

Travis on the other hand is a father to Landon Barker, Alabama Baker, and stepdaughter Atiana De La Hoya who he shares with ex-wife Shanna Moakler.

Kourtney and Travis have not responded for comment on the situation.
