This TikToker and New Yorker @TPayne0 has now gone viral for sharing how she transformed her 300 square foot apartment in New York from looking like a box to a cozy and chic home. Based on that transformation, you can see why this video has almost 2 million views.

In a follow up video, this TikToker gave an up close look at her perfectly sized furniture and cute decor and it’s obvious why she earned major praise in the comments. People told her how great she utilized her space, how much bigger her place now looks, and how it’s a total vibe. 

After seeing this video it makes moving to a small New York apartment seem doable.
