The Simpsons is an iconic television show that has become a common household family name. Not only has the show had extended success because of its hilarious story lines, but also due to the memes, countless conspiracy theories and futuristic concepts that the show brings to the table. Now, in the latest episode of the cartoon, Homer and the writers of the show, have brought a very meta-like aspect to the cartoon, which sent fans into a whirlwind of excitement…

Ah, what I’d do to have the creative mind of a Simpsons’ writer.

Although some fans have been sent into a new level of excitement, some fans have been spiralling into what this all means, even delving into the deep questions, such as who was filming Homer do this? Does Homer know he is a celebrity? Or did he make this gif himself?

So who was filming Homer in that episode so that the footage exists to be turned into a gif in the Simpsons universe?
