Sam Asghari Won’t ‘Receive A Penny’ In The Upcoming Britney Spears Memoir

Sam Asghari ‘won’t get a single penny’ from his estranged wife Britney Spears’ $15 memoir. This all comes as reports claim that Asghari is seeking a big payout in his divorce from the popstar.

Britney is set to release her upcoming tell-all memoir “The Woman in Me” on October 24th. There were some claims as of late that Asghari recently signed a deal that would pay him millions of dollars for every year of marriage, but new reports are shutting this down.

A source recently told Page Six: “Britney and Sam have a totally iron-clad prenup. He gets basically nothing — there are no millions, and he certainly will not profit from Britney’s book, that’s her book.”

In addition, Asghari will not be getting any dollars from the upcoming memoir. According to insiders, the star allegedly paid for everything in their marriage including private jets and luxury vacations. Some believe the star owes her former husband nothing while others argue otherwise. The revelation that Spears’ memoir won’t be shared with Asghari comes after years of questions over her finances.

Asghari has had many reports come out claiming that his former wife cheated on him, also which have been shut down.

According to an insider source, Britney was “virtually broke” when she entered her conservatorship. After catapulting to fame in the 1990s, the star earned a massive amount of money from music sales and touring.

The divorce between Spears and Kevin Federline and their battle for custody of their children has already cost the singer about a million dollars, Spear's lawyer Stacy Phillips said on March 10, 2008, and called on the presiding judge in the case to limit the allowance Spears has had to give Federline to pay his lawyers to 175,000 dollars, warning she was not an "open checkbook." However, the star’s finances were in shambles back in 2008 when the family forced her into her conservatorship. Spears had to pay out millions to ex Kevin Federline and continues to do so while he looks after their children Sean Preston and Jayden James until they reach adulthood.

A source went on to say, “The conservatorship put in place structures for earning more money from tours, from her Vegas residency and slowly her money built back up.It’s something that hasn’t necessarily been focused on, but there were financial reasons why the conservatorship was in Britney’s interest, although she won’t see it that way.”

Court documents revealed to What’s Trending from back in 2018 showed that Spears had a net worth of roughly $60 million in the bank. In that same year, it was also revealed that the amount of $11 million was spent toward expenses of family, child support, and other needs of the conservatorship.

Toward the end, Spears spent money removing her father from the arrangement paying hefty legal fees as well. Aside from her book income, Spears has not had significant music income according to sources, but has large day to day bills for security and household staff.

One source said Spears is ‘not hurting’ when it comes to money, but streaming does not pay the means to live. The star is planning to release new music amidst the divorce as well.
