Megan Fox Says Brian Austin Green Is Making Her Look Like An “Absent Mother” on Social Media

It’s been a dramatic year for Megan Fox and her now ex-husband Brian Austin Green.

The pair began dating back in 2004 and decided to separate this year after nearly 10 years of marriage.

Drama and complications within their relationship became public after Fox began dating rapper Machine Gun Kelly. Originally, Green was under the impression that the duo were just friends and on the same set for a movie. However, things escalated and became romantic between Kelly and Fox.

Megan fox I thought always deserved better than Brian Austin green. As it is she’s too good for him.

There have been many public callouts from both Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green on social media. The most recent allegation comes from this past Sunday when Fox accused Green of using their children to “posture” on social media.

In an Instagram post, which has since been deleted, Green posted a photo of himself with their child Journey and Fox was not too happy about it. The caption for the photo read: “Hope you all had a good Halloween!”

Megan Fox decided to take her concerns to the comment section.

“Why does Journey have to be in this picture? It’s not hard to crop them out. I had a great halloween with them yesterday, and yet notice how absent they are from my social media,” She publicly commented.

Fox continued to share her opinion on Green’s social media presence post-split by saying: “I know you love your kids. But I don’t know why you can’t stop using them to posture via Instagram. You’re so intoxicated with feeding the pervasive narrative that I’m an absent mother, and you are the perennial, eternally dedicated dad of the year.”

The biggest jab may have been her comment: “You have them half of the time. Congratulations you truly are a remarkable human!”

The public commentary ended with Fox saying: “Why do you need the internet to echo back to you what should be inexhaustibly evident in the way your children love you?”

It became apparent to social media users that Green saw Fox’s comments when he decided to remove the post shortly after. He then reposted the same image on Instagram with Journey cropped out the second time around.

Megan Fox is trying to really do the How To Lose Friends and Alienate people by being a toxic, jealous ex. All over a picture of a father and child having fun celebrating a holiday.

One user commented: “You didn’t have to take it down since they’re your kids just as much as hers but I respect the fact that you respect her opinion..”

Another replied to Fox and said: “Maybe she could have just called him instead of leaving a comment?”

Other social media users decided to stand up for Fox: “You guys didn’t listen to what Megan said at all. She’s not mad that Journey was in the picture,” one user explained. “She’s mad because you guys see Brian post the kids and she doesn’t so you guys think she’s an absent mother when she’s not. Stop trying to shame Megan for standing up for herself. Y’all love to do that to her.”

It’s been a rocky road for the “Jennifer’s Body” actress and her ex-husband ever since the beginning of this summer.

On Green’s podcast, he originally opened up about the split by saying: “We had an amazing relationship and I will always love her and I know she will always love me. And I know as far as a family, what we built is really cool. It’s really special.”

also extremely funny to me that yall are claiming megan fox made things public when brian was the one advertising their breakup on his podcast like it was some press tour for a film. not to mention all the shade hes been throwing @ her but sure act like meg made things public

In Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox’s first interview, the actress opened up about her romantic connection to the rapper.

“I knew right away that he was what I call a twin flame,” she said. “Instead of a soul mate, a twin flame is actually where a soul has ascended into a high enough level that it can be split into two different bodies at the same time. So we’re actually two halves of the same soul, I think. And I said that to him almost immediately, because I felt it right away.”

Back in August, Fox decided to post a photo on Instagram with Machine Gun Kelly, seemingly confirming their romance. The caption read: “Achingly Beautiful Boy… My heart is yours.”

Green decided to mock that post by sharing a photo of his sons with the caption: “Achingly beautiful boys…… My heart is yours.”

Fans were quick to take sides and make assumptions about the apparent feud on social media. And it seems as though the drama between Green and Fox will not be ending anytime soon.
