Koala Gets Head Stuck in Fence

Look, we’ve all had those days. Days when we… can’t quite get it right. Days when we feel like no less than the biggest buffoons in the world. Well, this Koala seemingly has had quite a few of those, as it has to be rescued no less than three times by volunteer, and this time getting its cute little koala head stuck in the slats of the fence.

Poor little guy. Aww. The Fauna Rescue worker Sally Selwood who came to the animal’s aid told Australian website “The Advertiser” – “(It) looks like he’s crawled under the fence to go somewhere, as they do, and then sat up as he was under the fence and got his head caught.” (Editor’s Note: Awwww!) The rescuers then added – “But he didn’t have the brains to bob back down again to get out.” (Second Editor’s Note – Awww!!! Awwww!!! Cute!) “He looked like he’s thinking ‘who put this fence on my head’?” (Editor’s Note: I cannot take these cute levels! They are too strong!)

This is the third time that this Koala was rescued by Fauna Rescue. The first time was when he was found non responsive under the base of a tree in 2016, and once again after being hit by a truck. So this is already far less violent than past situations. Man oh man. I love koalas. Wonderful.
