Kehlani Was Yelled at By Conservative Influencer Christian Walker in Starbucks Line

In a strange turn of events, conservative influencer Christian Walker exited his car to yell at singer Kehlani after she called him an “asshole” to a Starbucks worker. According to a video he then posted to social media, he believed she was calling him this due to his opinions, and tells her “Everyone is entitled to an opinion and you’re so rude, or you wouldn’t be telling barista workers that I’m an asshole.” The video soon went viral after people saw the person he was yelling at was Kehlani.

Walker is no stranger to controversy, known for his screaming rants in a Starbucks drive-thru, but many were surprised to see Walker exit the car to call her out, saying he “set her straight” in the caption of the video on Twitter. “Get your drink and go away,” he instructed her, zooming in so people could see it was the singer he was talking to. She simply says she was telling people to be mindful, and despite being yelled at, does not return it.

Kehlani later shared an old tweet of Walker claiming to love Kehlani in 2o16, which comes after he called her a “mediocre singer.” Walker, who says he is attracted to men but does not identify as a gay man, has been open about his distaste for pride month and other things relating to pride month. Kehlani, however, has been incredibly open about her sexuality as a lesbian for some time now.

Many could not believe it was Kehlani he was yelling at, although it is not entirely surprising as that is a part of Walker’s online brand. On Instagram, she even says she was on an online therapy session during the chaotic interaction, joking that “therapy works, I’m proof” in regards to how she was able to stay so calm. Many joked that although she looked unbothered, other people would not have handled the situation with as much grace as she did.
