Ethan Slater ‘Desperately’ Wants to Co-Parent Amid Divorce with Lilly Jay

Ethan Slater desperately wants to co-parent his one-year-old child with soon to be ex-wife Lilly Jay.

According to a new report from TMZ, the broadway actor has been talking to Lilly almost daily about their son. The source went on to say that Ethan spent a lot of time with his son in London after the split with Lilly, and he is determined to still have a major presence in his life.

The source went on to say that Lilly told Ethan repeatedly that she was down with co-parenting their child, but Lilly wanted to defer on releasing a statement to the public.

It has been confirmed that Lilly had also assured Ethan she did not know where the leaks to the media were coming from. Ethan was allegedly very surprised to hear that Lilly also spoke with Page Six calling Ariana Gande ‘not a girl’s girl’ and adding that her family was ‘collateral damange.’

The source also went on to spill that Lilly allegedly told Ethan that she did not understand what it meant when she was ‘on the record’ when making any comments.

It is unclear if Lilly is still interested in co-parenting their son together. TMZ broke the news that Ethan filed for divorce this past Wednesday.

The news comes as Grande parted ways with her husband Dalton Gomez. The star was seen without her ring at Wimbledon leading up to the divorce.

What’s Trending confirmed that Gomez has been dating since the breakup as well with sources also stating the star was devastated from the split.

The two met during the COVID-19 pandemic and were thousands of miles apart while Grande was filming for the new Wicked adaptation. Sources say the two had trouble working through their relationship as they navigated life outside of the pandemic.
