A.C Bradley, the writer and director of ‘What If had this to say about Chadwick’s last role in the MCU. “Chadwick Boseman understood the importance of Black Panther. He understood how important it is that young people see a Black man standing shoulder to shoulder with Captain America and Thor Odinson, so they know a Black man saves the world just the same as anyone else.”

The episode features many returning cast mates from the MCU such as Michael Rooker as Yondu Karen Gilan as Nebula and even Samuel Jackson as Nick fury (per IMDb).
