However, not everyone is going to get a seat on Drew’s podcast. The booked and busy persona sat down for an exclusive interview with us claiming that not everyone is welcome.
When it comes to her podcast, Drew said that only uplifting and positive influences are welcome on her show. When asked if controversial people like Andrew Tate would get a chance to be interviewed or even grilled on the show, she said platforming bigotry is not on her agenda.
Afualo admits that she does not feel the need to interrogate controversial figures who have come after her or even try to change anyone’s outlook on life with her podcast. The popular star also pointed out that giving anyone a platform who has hateful rhetoric does not do anyone any justice.
Aside from having conversations with people she doesn’t like at all, she said there would be one person, well more than a few people in fact, she would love to have on her podcast.
Afualo said that with Spotify, she does get to hand pick every guest that comes onto the podcast. The TikToker said that the team is super collaborative, and she’s set her sights on people like Megan Thee Stallion, Dojacat, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, and even Taylor Swift as dream guests to chat with.
