It’s been just over one week since the tragic passing of model and actress, Kim Porter. Porter, as well as being successful in her own right, was married and had four children with singer, Al B. Sure, and musician, Sean Combs AKA Diddy. She was a beautiful woman inside and out, and despite splitting from her previous relationships, she kept the love she had between them, and their new relationships, very healthy for the sake of her family.

Unfortunately, life can be very cruel to the most innocent, kindest souls, and after nearly a month of being sick with flu-like symptoms, Porter died peacefully in her home in Toluca Lake. It has been said that Kim was found in cardiac arrest, and it was suspected that she may have had pneumonia, although this has not yet been confirmed.

After the most heart-breaking week, Diddy finally found the words to say goodbye to his best friend. Although he said that it was tough, as he was lost for words, his eulogy was beautiful and very touching…

Over the weekend, on November 24th, Kim Porter was laid to rest in Evergreen Memorial Park, Georgia. Although Diddy said that she is now an angel, her spirit will live on forever…

Such an amazing person that was taken away from this world too soon. Although we may sometimes forget, but we should always treat every day as a blessing and never forget how grateful we are. Rest in peace, Kim – you will be greatly missed.
