Cardi B & Megan Thee Stallion’s Hot Track Has Kylie Under Fire

Powerhouse rappers Cardi B and Meghan The Stallion are teaming up and proving that Hot Girl Summer isn’t over just yet. The artists just dropped their newest track,  ‘WAP,’ and it’s safe to say that both fans and celebs approve.

Cardi and Meg look absolutely fire in the music video with matching hair-dos as they make their way around a grand, luxurious mansion with butt statues, tigers, a snake room and an indoor pool. The rappers are channeling their 90s best with winged eyeliner, glossy lip shades and twisted towers of curls. There are even some steamy moments that have fans losing their minds. And the surprises don’t stop there. House guests in the mansion included Kylie Jenner, Normani, Rubi Rose, Mulatto and Rosalìa.

However, some weren’t so happy with Kylie’s cameo and questioned her presence in the video, asking for her to be replaced with a female rapper.

Twitter users are even joking that Betty White would’ve been the better choice.

WAP marks Cardi and Meg’s first collab and is Meg’s newest track since her ‘Savage’ remix featuring Beyoncè. It’s also the first single off of Cardi’s upcoming second album, which is scheduled to be released later this year.

This track also comes months after Stallion shot down speculations that she and Cardi B were feuding. The rumors began after some YouTube users accused her of liking comments disparaging Cardi. However Meg took to Twitter to dispel the rumors saying “”I don’t like drama. I do not bring other females down, stop trying to start fake beef.”

I did not like no damn stupid ass comment like this. I don’t even upload my own shit to my YouTube my label does. I DO NOT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ANYBODY. I don’t like drama I do not bring other females down stop trying to start fake beef. https://t.co/5dNhisDddW

Sources have told TMZ that the music video was filmed the week prior to Megan Thee Stallion hanging out with Kylie Jenner and Tory Lanez following which she was shot in the foot by Lanez, requiring surgery.

Before the video dropped, Megan and Cardi hosted a joint virtual pregame spreading the love.
