What To Expect at Beyoncé “Renaissance” World Tour

Beyoncé is back on the road for her “Renaissance” World Tour. The most decorated Grammy winner of all time is kicking off her lengthy tour in Europe at Sweden’s largest stadium. Fans of the R&B, house, and pop fusion artist are packing the Friends Arena in Stockholm. The house infused “Renaissance” cemented the singer’s status as the most decorated female musician of all time at the Grammys, when she took home a win for best R&B song with “Cuff It.”

The elaborate costumes Beyoncé typically wears on stage have fans excited for the aesthetic the signer will bring out during the “Renaissance” tour. New photos from the tour book are circulating online as fans prepare for the first show on the much anticipated tour.

Social Media Reactions

Social media users are praising the singer for her inclusivity on this tour. “Renaissance” is famously inspired by Beyoncé’s late uncle Jonny, who was gay and passed away from an AIDS-related illness. Jonny famously designed several of her early-career stage looks, and introduced her to house music. In homage to her uncle, the singer released her first entirely house-inspired album. Now, the progress LGBTQ+ flag was projected on stage, and the singer had all stadium bathrooms designated as gender neutral in support of trans and nonbinary people.
