Shooting in Texas Church Kills 26
The deadliest mass shooting in Texas took place earlier today when a gunman opened fire in the First Baptist Church in Sutherland Springs. Twenty six have died, and twenty others were wounded. The shooter has been identified as 26 year old Devin Patrick Kelley. He shot an AR-15 into the church. His gun was grabbed away by a resident, which, according to a witness, was the only thing to curb his massacre. He was later found shot in his car, either through a self inflicted gunshot wound or a gunshot wound fired at him. David Patrick Kelley is a former U.S. Air Force member from 2010-2014. In 2012 Kelley assaulted his wife and child and received a bad conduct discharge. This shooting follows the deadliest in American history in Las Vegas only a few weeks ago.
