Normally when I think of Wendy’s or Wingstop, I think of tasty, greasy food filling my stomach. But what if I think of— tasty greasy rhymes!? Ohhhhhh rap battle! It’s true! You see, Wingstop, when asked if their location next to a Gamestop reminded them of a Migos song, responded with a sweet rap saying — Gamestop, Wingstop. Copped a new game for the [X emoji, Box emoji] /Saucin’ and tossin’ our wings in a pot, pot. /We got that Original Hot, Hot

People then asked hamburger giant Wendy’s to weigh in. Now, as we all know, Wendy’s had a big year on Twitter already, having been home to the Nuggs Guy– that little rapscallion who got all those retweets for simply a year worth’a chicken nuggets. Wendy’s just proclaimed “sit down, be humble”, quoting Kendrick Lamar’s now classic rap song “Humble”. This was not enough for that all important beacon of rap integrity, Wingstop, who proceeded to urge Wendy’s to continue to spit dope rhymes. And my friends– Wendy’s continued.
