Hurricane Harvey has been a terrifying ordeal on so many levels for everyone involved as the flood waters go higher and higher, and the rescue teams have been unbelievably brave risking their lives and health to save the people around them to make sure there are as many survivors of the storm as possible. So you can excuse rescuers if they want to indulge in a shot, as these four rescuers who were caught on the local news have done — much to the confusion of the reporter documenting them. ”Look at them sharing water, right out of the cap of that bottle”, the reporter narrates, hoping to find the beauty and glory of survival. “Yeah, I don’t think that’s water”, chimes in the co-anchor. Indeed! It is not! It is alcohol! Pure, pure alcohol! Good! Anything to help these rescuers do their job and get through the storm. What do you think of the video?
