Barb From Stranger Things Get Emmy Nom and MORE

  •   Stop what your doing and start planning your Emmys party for the Sept. 17 award ceremony. The 69th annual Emmy Nominees are in and fans of Stranger Things are beyond thrilled that Shannon Purser who played barb on the show scored a surprise nomination. Quite possibly the biggest (and greatest) shock from the Emmy’s nominations announcements is Purser’s nomination for outstanding guest actress in a drama series. The award show, which is filled with tough competition will will be telecast live from the Microsoft Theater in L.A. on Sept. 17 at 8p.m. on CBS.  Purser tweeted her excitement and congratulated other artists nominated:
