Chance the Rapper and Kenan Bid Obama Farewell on SNL and More
This week’s SNL had a lot to love —but our favorite sketch of the night!? Kenan Thompson and Chance the Rapper doing their best RUNDMC in The Obama Rap with a beautiful look back at a president who, despite his flaws, was an inspiring and is certainly more inspiring than the guy coming in next. Even Leslie Jones comes in to do her best Salt n’ Pepa! An absolute joy.

Also popular is the cold open showing Trump again thumbing his nose at Donald Trump, John Goodman as Rex Tillerson and Beck Bennett showcasing his disturbing Vladimir Putin. It’s a funny sketch, but it’s the kind of thing people will be picking from the scraps of this insane year and wondering how we got through any of this.
Last but not least, here’s Kate MacKinnon as Hillary Clinton trying to convince electors to you know— avoid a nuclear war. These sketches are great. The apocalypse is such a gift for comedy. Never has playing around with the chairs on the Titanic been such a delight, wow.
