Here’s the Trailer for Netflix’s New Movie About Barack Obama

In light of the country’s current political climate, the official trailer release of a biographical film about Barack Obama is exciting the Internet. Yay for good and positive news! Barry covers a time in Barack’s life before he met our favorite FLOTUS, who does a great impression of him if you haven’t seen it yet BTW. Netflix’s newest original film, Barry, looks absolutely stunning. The biopic explores the life and events of Barack Obama as a student at Columbia University in the 80’s, as well as the experiences that helped him become the 44th President of the United States. I’ll still be waiting for the day I get my JoBama full-length feature film, but until then I suppose Barry will just have to do. Film buffs may know that this is actually the second Obama biopic released this year, after Southside With You — a film about Barack and Michelle’s first date.
