This Guy Went to CVS Dressed as a Giant Receipt
“Raise your hand if you’ve ever felt personally victimized by long CVS receipts,” said all of us, but mainly this guy. Good things DO happen in CVS… sometimes. Remember when Ellen and Michelle Obama took us all shopping with them? That was fun and good. The man you see in that picture above is Jeremy Schneider. This Halloween, good ol’ Jeremy dressed up as one of the scariest things in the world… the 15-foot receipts they give you at CVS. Supposedly there are coupons in those receipts, but WHY ISN’T THERE AN OPT OUT BUTTON!? Our host Shira Lazar has the story:
Jeremy made his DIY costume, and walked right into a CVS to see if his barcodes would really scan. SPOILER ALERT: They did. Check it out in the original video from Jeremy below:

According to Jeremy’s Reddit posts, he just scanned a receipt into Photoshop, printed it on 42 pieces of paper, and glued it all together on poster board. Not too shabby! Maybe his message will resonate with the good folks of CVS and they’ll stop destroying our forests?!?!? Who can say! What do you think? Would you wear a receipt to a store to prove a point?
