I Don’t Trust Amazon Reviews Anymore and Neither Should You
Source: youtu.be
So while it’s not news that the Internet is full of lies, it appears that our beloved electronic shopping mall Amazon.com has been infiltrated. And here we were thinking it didn’t actually suck. In the trusty review section where we vet our purchases-to-be, the company Review Meta claims there is some serious bullsh*t. According to the video published by the company below, a vast majority of the Amazon Reviews with the “Free or Discounted Disclaimer” are extremely biased or even just simply made up.

Redditors are not taking this lightly — like with most posts that accuse a major corporation or political candidate of bad behavior, this video rocketed to the front page and quickly became a major discussion topic. This video is also clearly a plug for Review Meta as a company, and it’s totally an advertisement. (The advertising part doesn’t come in until the very end, which left us feeling a bit tricked.) That said, it’s supposed to make Amazon look bad. But if what they’re laying down turns out to be confirmed by other sources, this could be some serious sh*t. The comments on the video are blowing up, and serial Amazon users seem to be finding refuge in their new community, even though the circumstance is far from preferable. What do you think? Amazon abuse or just an ad? Let us know in the comments below or @WhatsTrending on Twitter.
