Twitter Explodes Over Video of Malia Obama Getting Narc’d On

  •  Radar Online reported that Malia Obama, eldest daughter of President Barack Obama and Carpool Karaoke star/First Lady Michelle Obama, may have smoked a joint at Chicago music festival Lollapalooza recently. As it hasn’t done in at least a week, Twitter completely lost its mind.  Both Conservative Twitter and Liberal Twitter got in on the action. A select few Twitter users were outraged that MY GAWD, MALIA OBAMA IS A POT-HUFFING WEED HOUND, THINK OF THE CHILDREN!!!:

  •  For the most part, though, Twitter thought this wasn’t a big deal. Because, y’know, it isn’t. Though still technically illegal, marijuana is decriminalized in Illinois, where Lollapalooza takes place, and in much of the country. That means that while, yes, Malia Obama did break a law (if it actually is marijuana that she’s smoking), no one’s going to call in the SWAT team on this one.  Many were quick to call out the hypocrisy of those criticizing Malia Obama:
