Michael Phelps is the most decorated Olympian ever, and now the subject of TWO memes. Everyone remembers his bong-rippin’ ways from 2009. (Like Miguel Navia, Phelps is a swimmer who got a second chance.) But at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro this week, Phelps out-memed himself.

When South African swimmer Chad le Clos put in his headphones and did a little dance before the 200m butterfly, plenty of people found it cute and endearing. Dead last on that list? Michael Phelps. Check out the face he made:
