‘Planet Earth’ Is Massively Improved With Aziz Ansari Subtitles

When he’s not penning groundbreaking New York Times essays on race, witnessing 50 Cent discover grapefruit, or creating and starring in one of the most acclaimed comedy series of the decade, Aziz Ansari has quite the stand-up career. He’s released four stand-up specials, including last year’s Live at Madison Square Garden — which is now blowing up again, thanks to a curious Netflix error. According to Redditor benmeiri84, a glitch on Netflix caused an episode of Planet Earth to have its subtitles replaced with the subtitles from the latest Aziz Ansari special. The post including screenshots of the incident quickly reached the front page of the ultra-popular /r/funny subreddit, which has over 12.5 million subscribers. But enough out of us.
