  • Jogwheel’s Jonathan Paula has a hell of a story regarding what should have been a simple 2 hour American Airlines flight turned Odyssey. Paula and his wife were travelling from New Hampshire to Washington DC, usually a 2-3 hour flight between airports. The couple encounters no less the seven major errors throughout the multiple flights they were forced to rebook. 16 full hours after their frustrating adventure started, they finally made it to DC. How did American Airlines compensate Paula and his wife for the egregious treatment they received? Two weeks afterwards they contacted Paula with a $150 non-transferable voucher “…which is exactly enough money to fly absolutely no where. F*ck you, American Airlines.”
